- Client Software Sovereignty: Bespoke software engineered for commercial clients is governed by separate, formal Master Services Agreements (MSAs) which explicitly convey 100% intellectual property and code ownership to the client upon project delivery and settlement.
3. Project Inquiries & Submissions
Submitting a project scope, inquiry form, or career application does not constitute a binding commercial contract for engineering services. Formal client engagements commence upon the mutual execution of a formal Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA).
4. Prohibited Uses
