DIGITAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This is structured specifically for your business model.
A. For Digital Services (Website, SEO, Software Projects)
1. Before Work Begins

100% refund available if cancellation is requested before project initiation.
2. After Work Begins

Advance payments are non-refundable.

If project is cancelled midway:

Client will be charged for completed work.

Remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after deducting work value.

3. Completed Projects

No refund after final delivery and approval.
B. For Training Programs & Courses
1. Before Course Access

Full refund within 3 days of purchase if no content accessed.
2. After Course Access

No refund once:
-
Course material is accessed
-
Live sessions attended
-
Downloadable resources accessed
-
Because digital content cannot be “returned”.
C. For Paid Certificates
If you adopt the “Pay for Certificate” model:

Certificate fees are non-refundable once issued.

If payment error occurs (duplicate payment), refund processed within 7 business days.

If user fails assessment criteria, certificate fee is non-refundable.
D. Internship / Cohort Programs

Seat confirmation fee is non-refundable.

If removed due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

If program is cancelled by WayFonix, full refund will be issued.
E. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
