DIGITAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This is structured specifically for your business model.


A. For Digital Services (Website, SEO, Software Projects)

1. Before Work Begins

  • 100% refund available if cancellation is requested before project initiation.

2. After Work Begins

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • If project is cancelled midway:

    • Client will be charged for completed work.

    • Remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after deducting work value.

3. Completed Projects

  • No refund after final delivery and approval.


B. For Training Programs & Courses

1. Before Course Access

  • Full refund within 3 days of purchase if no content accessed.

2. After Course Access

  • No refund once:

    • Course material is accessed

    • Live sessions attended

    • Downloadable resources accessed

Because digital content cannot be “returned”.


C. For Paid Certificates

If you adopt the “Pay for Certificate” model:

  • Certificate fees are non-refundable once issued.

  • If payment error occurs (duplicate payment), refund processed within 7 business days.

  • If user fails assessment criteria, certificate fee is non-refundable.


D. Internship / Cohort Programs

  • Seat confirmation fee is non-refundable.

  • If removed due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

  • If program is cancelled by WayFonix, full refund will be issued.


E. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
